Return Policy


Due to covid-19 please allow an additional 14 days to the policy below for your return/exchange to be processed. We thank you for your understanding as we all try and get through this together.


Thank you for your order and for your support of Balance!  We are sorry you were not completely happy with your purchase. 

Please read our policy in full and start your return or exchange at the bottom of this page:

We offer refunds and domestic exchanges:


  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery of order
  • We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, and original shipping will not be refunded when requesting “refund”
  • We are not responsible for your return package while it is in transit to our facility. We recommend purchasing tracking when taking the return package to preferred shipping carrier. Make sure to keep a copy of your receipt and tracking number
  • Items can be subject for denial if they do not meet our standards*
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be processed once it reaches our warehouse
  • We can only exchange for same style items from the same collection 
  • If we cannot fulfill your exchange request you will automatically be refunded (we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee due to limited inventory) 
  • If stock is not available for exchange request, we cannot send original item back to customer
  • If purchase was made with part gift card, part credit card, the refund will go to the gift card first
  • If reaching out about potential defects in your garment after 30 days from purchase date, the garment will be considered “wear and tear” and will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit

If you feel that you are experiencing a manufacturing issue, please submit an email to and include your order number, item name, color and size of the item, as well as photos of the issue you’re experiencing. While we stand behind our quality promise, Balance Athletica is not responsible for issues due to external forces.

  -Excessive wrinkling

  -Detached size/wash & care tags (not price tags)

  -Animal/human hair

  -Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne

  -Any visible wear or damage

  -External forces (damage from animals, etc.)

  -All water bottle sales are final
