Thank you for your order and for your support of Balance! We are sorry you weren't completely happy with your purchase. Read this return policy in its entirety prior to initiating the return process. You may begin the return/exchange process by clicking the link at the bottom of this policy.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. Please be sure to give details to minimize mistakes. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels. You may use any carrier you like.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange your item (exchanges are only available for customers located within the United States). Items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery of order. Within that time frame, we are happy to process your return. However, after the 30-day mark, items can no longer be returned for refund or exchange. The intent of this return policy allows you the opportunity to try on the apparel, and evaluate in the privacy of your own home. If Item is returned within 30 days, it must be in original condition. This includes unworn/unwashed material and original tags attached.
If any of the following is present, the return is subject for denial and will be sent back to you:
- Excessive wrinkling
- Detached tags
- Animal/human hair
- Deodorant marks
- Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
- Any visible wear or damage
It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment for any merchandise purchased, not including shipping. Processing time depends on your personal bank and may take 7-10 business days to be reflected on your account. If your return is denied, you will be notified and the article will be eligible for return shipment. In this event, customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Exchanges (United States customers only)
If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our refund policy above and include exchange instructions in the Aftership Portal. Customer is responsible for shipping exchange items to our facility, and we will ship back to you at no charge.
If you are sending in for an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate an exchange, but cannot guarantee due to limited inventory. In the case that your item cannot be exchanged for the item you request, we will automatically refund the cost of the item(s) returned.
We can only exchange for LIKE ITEMS. If sending in to exchange for a different size or color, we will do our best to accommodate the exchange. If we cannot accommodate, or you would just like to return, we will issue a refund for the item(s) and you will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund.
Incorrect Item Received/Defect
If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue, please email us at email@example.com. We will request photo evidence for our records and provide a return label if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. Any claims beyond the 30 days cannot be returned or replaced.
