  • Please proceed to our returns portal to create a return/exchange. Select the correct reason for return/exchange in the returns portal. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you can use our new "Shop Now" feature that allows you to make an exchange for another item on our website! Simply start the exchange process to use this feature.

  • Please contact our customer service at with your full name and order number and they will help you cancel your order.

  • Yes! We offer Shop Pay installments for Domestic customers, which allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal installments. We highly recommend creating a Shop Pay account to pre-qualify for payments in installments and to have a much quicker & seamless checkout process.


  • Orders are expected to get processed within 8-12 business days. Note: this does exclude shipment times once your package has left our facility!
