  • When will you get more items in stock on your website?

    We are a launch-based company and do not always have our collections in stock. We create exclusive collections that are released on launch days and available for sale at that time.   • How do I cancel an order?

    Please contact our customer service at support@balanceathletica.com with your full name and order number and they will help you cancel your order.

  • I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can I change my order?

  • My package says it has been delivered but I do not have it.

  • Do you ship internationally?

  • When will my presale order arrive?

    If you have placed a presale order it will arrive 12-15 weeks after you placed the order. Be sure to check your inbox for details of your order as it is being contstructed just for you. 

  • Can I change my address on an order?

    As long as your order has not shipped, we can change your address in our system. To do this, please contact customer service at support@balanceathletica.com and they will update the system for you.

  • What if I don't like the fit of the item I received? Can I return or exchange it?

  • I sent my package in. When will I receive my refund or exchange?

    Please allow 7 business days to process your package from the day we receive it. If sending in for a refund, you will receive a confirmation email once that has been issued.

  • How do the colors compare to the pictures on the website?

    The website is an accurate presentation of the colors in our collections. However, as with any photo, there may be some slight variation once you receive the item.

  • How thick is the material?

    It depends on the collection. Different collections have different blends of fabric and can vary from collection to collection. To be more specific, please reach out to any one of accounts we follow on Instagram.
