We want to keep you updated on our operations as we continue to get through this global pandemic together.
Your safety, as well as the loyal team members working at Balance Athletica, remain our highest priority. We are watching the novel (COVID-19) and the CDC’s recommendations to ensure a clean and sanitized work environment. We have always taken extreme precaution in regard to health and sanitation of our customers’ orders, but it is currently even more so at the forefront of every action we take.
We have heavily scaled back our operations, ensuring that only critical personnel are in the warehouse fulfilling orders, while practicing extreme social distancing, and leaving the premises as soon as they are sent out. We are happy to report that we continue to regularly disinfect all packing stations that handle your orders. Balance Athletica employees have hand sanitizer readily available at all times, with multiple breaks every hour to wash hands. Any employee who feels ill or sick has been instructed to stay home with paid leave. In addition to the extra precautions, this week we have shut down our returns/exchanges department for the time being.
This will add an extra 14 business days to our policy outlined in our website. Rest assured, your return or exchange will still get processed, it will just take a little extra time. We thank you for your understanding during this difficult time, and we look forward to getting through this pandemic with the Balance Family’s loyal support.
